I am a stay-at-home mom of 2 children ages 2 and 4. We live in a very small town and have to create most of our own entertainment. I spend my days trying to figure out how to keep the house clean, laundry washed, and pets, husband, and children loved on.
The most important thing in my life is my relationship with Jesus. He is present in my heart and my home, and I hope you can see that reflected in my life and this blog. Without Him, we are nothing.
I love finding the humor in everyday situations with my children and really try to not take life too seriously, because there is so much more than this life, anyway! If at the end of the day I can remember what happened during that day, I try to write about it!
I nominated you for a blog award! http://theeducatednannyblog.com/2013/08/02/shine-on-award/

Are you serious? What a coincidence! I live in Bonlee, about 45 minutes southwest of Raleigh. I am a little familiar with Goldsboro because I went to college at ECU. So we are pretty close by!

I would love that! Sounds like Raleigh would be a good halfway spot.

That would perfect!! We will keep in touch! I have promised Little Man a trip to Crabtree and the Lego store for his birthday… That’s not until December, but it is something to shoot for! 🙂

I just stumbled across your blog and am guessing that you live in Bonlee, NC. I went to Chatham Central and grew up around that area 🙂 so exciting!

What a small world! I did not go to Chatham Central, but my husband graduated from there in ’94. His name is Jason Watkins.
Where do you live now?

I don’t recognize the name, but I currently live in Cary (I work out of RTP). My parents own a feed store in Pittsboro and my sister is still in high school, so I spend quite a bit of my time out that way!
